Discover Annecy and enjoy a scenic cruise on its stunning lake
At 8:00 am, your English-speaking private driver-guide will pick you up at your hotel in Lyon or nearby suburbs and drive you to Annecy, famously known as the Venice of the Alps.
At 9:45 am, begin your exploration of Annecy Old Town, a charming area crisscrossed by canals. Discover its highlights, including the iconic 12th-century Palais de l’Isle, beautifully situated in the middle of the Thiou River.
Wander through a maze of quaint streets lined with medieval arcades, bridges, canals, and flower-decked quays. On Tuesdays and Fridays, immerse yourself in the vibrant Annecy outdoor market and sample local specialties from regional producers.

Discover Pérouges Medieval Town and Relive the Middle Age
After a comfortable 1.5-hour transfer, stop in Pérouges, a unique, listed medieval village that will transport you back in time.
Stroll through ancient houses dating from the 13th to 16th centuries, explore the charming main square lined with wooden facades, and admire the historic Liberty Tree.
If you wish, enjoy a hot coffee paired with the local specialty, the “galette de Pérouges,” before returning to Lyon. Drop-off at your hotel is around 6:00 pm.
