Activities

Artisanal French bakery:

What are the secrets of French bread? Flours, yeasts, fermentation, way of kneading dough, gluten allergy, etc. Which bread is healthier, white or black?  Meet our baker located in a small village near Lyon, discover his know-how and ask all your questions before tasting some tasty pastries.

Cheese producer:

How come that these little cheeses have so much flavor? Raw or pasteurized milk? Is it goat's cheese, cow's cheese or mixed?  Visit a small traditional farm just 40 minutes from Lyon, learn the stages of transforming milk into cheese, maturation tecnics and finaly meet the friendly animals!

Charcuterie meat producer:

Sausage, ham, pâté, etc. good products made without preservatives or colorings while respecting animal welfare. Come visit an artisanal farm and talk about all these subjects with a farmer butcher from the Lyon region and at the end, taste his delicious meat products.
