Have you ever dreamed of going truffle hunting in France? In Drôme Provençale or in Southern Burgundy region, discover the secrets of this famous mushroom called tuber melanosporum. Not far from Lyon, experience a morning of truffle hunting, enjoy a delicious truffle meal and wine-taste a nice winery. The must do day for bons vivants!

Program for the Full Day Truffle and Wine:
In the morning, after a 1.5 hour transfer from Lyon, meet a passionate truffle producer and his nice dog.
After a welcome coffee, the group sets off on foot in search of the black diamond, an activity called in French “cavage”.
Discover how the dog sniffs the ground then finds the truffles before being rewarded by its master.
During the activity, the group asks questions and learns about the conditions necessary for the development of the truffle (varietal of oak tree, type of soil, rainfall, grafting, etc.)
Around midday, participants enjoy an aperitif and then sit down for a delicious truffle meal.
In the afternoon, after a short coach ride, the group meets a passionate winemaker. After a visit of the winery, enjoy several white and red wines in a friendly atmosphere.
Around 4:00 p.m., your coach heads to Lyon for a drop-off at your hotel around 6:00 p.m.
