In the morning, the group is picked up directly from their hotel by a comfortable coach or meets their guide(s) in front of the entrance to Halles Paul Bocuse, 44 rue de Bonnel in Lyon 3rd.
Start the tour with a brief historical introduction to the Halles de Lyon, the local regions surrounding the city and the role of the Lyonnaises Mothers who shaped a cooking style specific to Lyon from the end of the 19th century.
Then stroll with your guide through the aisles, discover exceptional products in magnificently decorated stalls, passionate merchants and let yourself be won over by the atmosphere of this place full of life and energy.
