Lunch or dinner at a Winery Estate

At the end of the afternoon, your group is transfered from Lyon to the Beaujolais wine region by coach or minibus.

Experience a warm welcoming from the wine-maker and then visit the vineyards and the winery installations. Learn every step of wine making from grapes to wine before wine tasting several reds and white beaujolais wines in the wine-maker’s cellar.

At dinner time, share the winemaker’s table and enjoy a sumptuous traditional "wine country” homemade meal.

Menus include 3 courses (starter, main course and dessert) paired with Beaujolais wines. Menus vary upon seasons & customers’ wishes.

Below are some main courses examples:
- Saucisson vigneron (pork sausage cooked in wine);
- Coq au vin (rooster cooked in wine);
- Quenelles lyonnaises (Lyon local dumplings);
- Gâteau de foie (liver chicken cake); etc.

Along the meal, feel the wine-maker’s passion and experience his “Bon vivant” behaviour (love for good life) as you dine in an exclusive setting.

Great friendly atmosphere at the “rendez-vous”!

Make the dinner even more unique and surprise your guests with a special animation:

* Enthronement to the Beaujolais' Order: during the evening, several Beaujolais wine-makers come to induct your guests to their Wine Brotherhood through a fun and friendly initiation ceremony.

* Orchestras, cellar games, etc. or any other idea? Don’t hesitate to tell us!
