What could be a better environment than a family winery to learn how to look, smell and taste wine. Let us entertain you as you uncork the mysteries of wine tasting and educate your palate with French wines. Whether you are a complete beginner or just a wine lover, this course is for you!

Highlights:

* The kanpai's minibus will pick you up at your Lyon hotel and transfer you to the Beaujolais region. Comfortable 8-seater minibus volkswagen Caravelle.
* In the day or in the evening, our wine-maker "expert" in wine tasting welcomes you in his cellar. First, you will visit his winery and learn the different steps of wine making, from grape to wine.
* Then, you will start the wine-tasting course which lasts approximatively 2 hours. You will cover a wide range of topics:
     - The words and gestures of wine-tasting.
     - The differents steps of wine-tasting (sight, breathe, taste, etc.)
     - The main aromas and defaults of wine.
     - The "balance" of wine (acidity, mellowness, astringency, etc.)
     - Questions-answers with the wine-maker.

Number of wines tasted: 4 to 5 + cheese.
